SocraQuest is a daily learning assessment application that provides users with educational content through interactive assessments. The Service includes features such as daily challenges, image-based assessments, leaderboards, and a rewards program.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to cheat, hack, or manipulate quiz results

5. Rewards Program

SocraQuest may offer a rewards program with the following conditions:

• Rewards are subject to eligibility requirements as specified in the app
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time
• Rewards may only be claimed by users who meet all eligibility criteria
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim rewards will result in account termination
• Tax obligations related to rewards are the responsibility of the user
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocraQuest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Assessment content, including questions, answers, and AI-generated images, are the property of SocraQuest. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (such as usernames or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We are not responsible for any loss of data or progress

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCRAQUEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.
